Drop-Off: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Clubhouse Check-In

Most camp days begin with check-in at the ONC Players Clubhouse at Hamilton Yards, giving campers the feel of arriving at the ballpark like ONC players

This routine helps create a team atmosphere and gives campers the feeling of being part of a real baseball program.

Professional Batting Practice Experience

Players will take part in structured morning batting practice using a hitting turtle and pitching machines, recreating the same organized batting practice used by high-level teams.

This format allows campers to develop timing, swing consistency, and confidence at the plate.

Baseball IQ Sessions

Campers will also participate in short classroom sessions inside the Coaches Office, where they will learn the mental side of the game through real baseball situations such as:

  • Covering bases
  • Cut-off plays
  • Base running decisions

These sessions help players better understand how the game is played beyond simply throwing and hitting.

A Day in the Life of an ONC Player

Throughout the week, campers will experience many elements of what it feels like to be part of a competitive baseball program — from clubhouse routines to batting practice and game preparation.

Skill Development Focus

Campers will receive instruction in all key areas of baseball, including:

  • Fielding fundamentals
  • Catching skills
  • Hitting mechanics
  • Pitching fundamentals
  • Base running and game awareness

Instruction will be delivered through drills, stations, and competitive games designed to keep players active and engaged.
