Media & Operations Coordinator

Operations & Media Manager

We’re hiring a full-time Operations & Media Manager to support day-to-day operations, content creation, and events across ONC Baseball and FieldPro AI.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about baseball or youth sports, and brings both organizational and creative skills to the table.

You’ll manage the logistics that keep ONC Labs running smoothly while helping plan tournaments, communicate with families, and grow our digital presence through video and social media.

Key Responsibilities

ONC Labs (Facility & Scheduling)

  • Manage bookings, player assessments, and lab schedule coordination
  • Maintain the space, equipment, and technology (HitTrax, Trackman, Rapsodo)
  • Ensure the lab is operational, clean, and ready for daily use

ONC Baseball (Team Operations)

  • Register teams for tournaments and manage roster submissions
  • Draft and send communications to parents and coaches
  • Coordinate team and program logistics across the season

Event Planning & Support

  • Assist in planning ONC-hosted tournaments and fundraising events
  • Help execute golf tournaments and other special initiatives
  • Oversee logistics and communication before, during, and after events

Media & Social Content (Shared Role)

  • Capture, edit, and publish video content from ONC Labs and events
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Create engaging content that highlights programs, players, and facilities
  • Collaborate on content campaigns and promotional material

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sports operations, facility coordination, or event planning
  • Ability to shoot and edit video content (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategy
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work evenings/weekends as needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience in baseball or youth sports development
  • Familiarity with GameChanger, Trackman, HitTrax, or Rapsodo
  • French/English bilingualism
  • Experience working in startups or with tech-enabled programs
