Coaching Opportunities

We’re looking for passionate and experienced coaches to join our team in a variety of roles, from full-time head coaches to part-time assistants and specialty instructors. Whether your strengths lie in leadership, mentorship, or technical skills like pitching, hitting, or fielding, there’s a place for you within our high-performance coaching environment.

Ideal Candidates

Previous coaching experience (rep, high school, college, or club level) or competitive playing experience (college-level or professional)
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Commitment to mentorship, development, and team-first culture
NCCP certification is an asset

Season & Commitment

Off-season development: September–April
Spring/summer season: April–August
Reliable attendance at practices, games, and tournaments is expected
