ONC FAMILY - STAY SAFE!
We hope you and your loved ones are safe and sound in these challenging times.
Like all of you we are closely monitoring the situation arising from the COVID-19 virus. Our priority is the health and safety of our players, coaches, parents and fans.
In regards to the 2020 season we are in regular communication with the PBLO, the City of Ottawa, and organizers for the various US tournaments we have entered.
The Board of Directors are going through scenario planning now and looking at various options for the 2020 season. If the protective measures advocated by governments and health officials are successful in significantly reducing the rate of infection of the COVID-19 virus, then it's possible play/gatherings could occur in Ontario and the US during the Summer months. As we learn more and formulate a revised plan for the 2020 season, we'll communicate that to all of you.
We are optimistic that there will be a 2020 season; with that in mind our players are continuing with their offseason training programs.
We urge everyone to follow the health guidelines communicated by the City of Ottawa and Health Canada, and stay safe.
