ONC’s Junior Canadians program develops baseball players aged 11-14 that are not currently rostered with one of our teams.

Starting with dedicated sessions in November this group of potential future Canadians receives elite instruction and skills development, and an early exposure to ONC’s culture and standards. This group also trains with our rostered players through the winter and spring.

Each Fall ONC will invite 15-20 elite athletes from the Eastern Ontario area to join the Junior Canadians.  These players continue to play games, tournaments and to train, with their existing programs or little league organizations, while augmenting that training with instruction from ONC coaches.

Players selected for this program have been seen and identified by our organization as high potential baseball players who have a good chance of making an ONC roster in the coming years.

In 2022-23 the cost of the Junior Canadians program was set at $1,000, payable upon acceptance of a spot in the program.  The Club review and may adjust the program cost each year.
