We are always looking for coaches who want to invest time to help players develop and improve.
Summary of our ONC Program:
- tryouts in early August for 14U, 15U, 16 and 18U
- fall on-field practices and exhibition games into October
- full-year periodized player specific training plan taught and overseen by club head coach Evan Grills
- 2-3 times per week indoor winter training from December to April (Bell Sensplex Fieldhouse, ISPD in Gatineau)
- Weekly strength & condition sessions provided by Fitquest Inc overseen by Director of Performance Chris Schwarz
- PBLO league play in May and June (approximately 28-32 games)
- Summer travel-tournament season for July and first week of August
