Schroeder has served on the Board of ONC since 2017 and was President of the Club until the Fall of 2020.
He was previously President of the Gloucester Minor Hockey Association.
Schroeder coached baseball for many years, with Carleton-Russell Little League and with the Canadians.C Adams

Clark continues a long career in public school education, teaching several subjects.

Chris founded FitQuest in 1999, and for 23 years has worked with both professional and elite amateur athletes on their performance and development.
Schwarz is educated in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University and holds numerous certifications. He has extensive experience in a integrated medicine setting as an kinesiologist / exercise rehabilitation specialist.
Chris played professional volleyball in Europe for three seasons in France and Belgium and was also an “All Canadian” at Dalhousie University.
Schwarz has served as the head strength & conditioning coach for two NHL franchises. He spent two seasons with the New York Islanders following which he spent 13 years with the Ottawa Senators.
As Director of Performance, Chris will oversee all activities related to performance: key baseball physical indexes, return to play protocols, foundational health as well as game preparation. Chris will work with the Board on our continuous efforts to elevate the ONC program.E Grills
Drafted by the Houston Astros in 2010, Evan has played professionally for the past 12 years, including the 2022 season as a member of the Ottawa Titans of the MLB-affiliated Frontier League.
Over the last three-and-a-half years while playing professionally in the US, Canada and Taiwan, Grills has been working with ONC pitchers and players.
Evan reached Triple-A twice, with both the Houston Astros and Colorado Rockies organizations. Named to the Astros 2016 organizational all-star team, Grills was 36-32 with a 4.25 earned-run average over 608 innings pitched in the minors.
As Director of Baseball Programs, Evan oversees all on-field baseball activities, team, player and coach development and performance, baseball-related partnerships, and works with the Board on our continuous efforts to elevate the ONC program.T Nagratha
Nagratha was appointed to the Board of ONC in 2017 and has served as the Club's Treasurer since.
She is a CPA, CA with a long career in finance leadership with several Ottawa-based Health Care non-profit organizations.
